Before the doors open, Emily’s already here — unlocking the store, turning on the lights, and getting the showroom ready for the day ahead.
From there, it’s helping customers navigate all the options — tile, rugs, wood, textures, patterns — and turning “I’m overwhelmed” into “Ohhh, I love this.”
Behind the scenes, you’ll find her at her desk making sure orders, details, and timelines are handled so projects move smoothly from start to finish.
